Dr Mari Napari

I joined the group in August 2017 to work as a postdoc in a EPSRC funded project on oxide-based CMOS devices in collaboration with Prof. Andrew Flewitt's group in Electrical Engineering Division, and a local industrial partner. The aim of the project is to map the potential of p-type semiconducting oxide thin films grown using chemical vapour deposition techniques, such as atomic layer deposition (ALD), and to test the performance of these films in thin film transistors (TFT) and eventually in full CMOS structures. In addition to TFTs, I am also interested in using ALD grown oxides for other applications, e.g. in memory devices.
