I joined the Driscoll Group in 2020 as a PhD student, funded by the Royal Academy of Engineering. Before moving to Cambridge, I obtained a MEng degree in Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London. My research will focus on the synthesis of metal oxide thin films via Spatial Atmospheric Atomic Layer Deposition, the study of their resistive switching behaviour and exploring their applications in future’s memory technology.
