The DMG group members had the pleasure of hosting Prof. Neeraj Khare and Prof. Jose Silva at the 2nd DMG Seminar of the summer term. Prof Khare presented his group's research on epitaxial thin films for resistive switching, and Prof. Silva outlined the details of the upcoming project, funded in collaboration with Cambridge and industry partners, on IoT devices with energy harvesting and energy efficient functionality.
The talks finished with a wonderful introduction from Prof. Khare on relaxation and meditation methods. After going through the main steps and methods, some of the origins and effects of the techniques, Prof. Khare led the audience through a 3 min meditation run!
