Markus Hellenbrand, Assistant Research Professor, published his paper "Achieving High ON State Current through Ferroelectric Polarization-Dependent Interfacial Resistance Switching in Undoped Orthorhombic HfO2 Films" in Advanced Functional Materials. This work, done in collaboration with the group of José P.B. Silva, University of Minho, will be instrumental in the ongoing work by the MasAuto Network.
