The ‘liquid N2 ice cream’ event, now in its 14th year, is one of the science festival’s most popular events.
It was great that so many from the dept. took part in the Science Festival 2019. We are extremely grateful to Trinity College for funding the ‘liquid N2 ice cream’ event, now in its 14th year, and one of the science festival’s most popular events.
