This paper, recently published in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, demonstrates the unique resistive switching properties of YBCO thin films with different Cu contents in excess of stoichiometry, grown at room temperature. The tuneability and versatility of switching established in these films advocates for the potential of such materials to be utilised for future memory devices. It is also Markus Hellenbrand's first publication as last author!
