Dr. Yi-Xuan Liu received Ph.D. at Tsinghua University in 2022, with a focus on defect engineering of ferroelectric bulks. He joined the Device Materials Group as a visiting Postdoc to develop and discover novel ferroelectric memristor system. He is passionate about ferroelectric thin film by PLD fabrication and advanced characterizations.
