Dr. Yi-Xuan Liu received his Ph.D. from Tsinghua University in 2022, specializing in defect engineering of ferroelectric bulk materials. He joined the Device Materials Group as a Postdoc, focusing on the development of ferroelectric memristor systems. His research interests include the fabrication techniques and advanced characterizations for engineering ferroelectric properties in HfO₂-based thin films.
