Driscoll Research Group



Before coming to Cambridge, I completed my PhD at the University of Waterloo, Canada in 2019, then postdoced for a further year in the same group. 

My research interests include the development and applications of nanomaterials for functional devices, resistive switching memory devices, self-powered electricity generators, and laser induced nanojoining.

My specialties are: nano-materials synthesis, electrical characterisation, and physical mechanism for charge transport in nano-devices
