New ferroelectric tester procured

Through generous funding by the Henry Royce Institute in Cambridge, we were able to procure a new aixACCT ferroelectric tester TF2000 with some nifty accessories. This will enable thorough characterisation of our and our collaborators' ferroelectric films!
