New grant in collaboration with Paragraf
We are happy to announce a new Innovate grant with Paragraf for £1M to develop binary oxide ferroelectric memory.
We are delighted to host Seb Dixon in our group to help work on this topic with exciting technology we have developed together under a previous royal academy of engineering industry fellowship.

Prof. Driscoll nomination for University Research Culture Award
Many thanks to Markus for nominating Judith for a research culture award from the university. She is deeply grateful and flattered. She also realises that her whole group are what makes the group special and so enjoyable to work with! We are pleased that the VC spoke at the celebration event at Kettle's Yard.

Prof. Driscoll one of 2024's Top 50 Women in Engineering
Prof. Judith Driscoll was being named one of 2024's Top 50 Women in Engineering by the Women's Engineering Society. This year's theme was "Enhanced by Engineering". Group farewell to Prof. Quanxi Jia
We bid farewell this week to Prof. Quanxi Jia, who has been a Trinity visiting fellow on sabbatical with us from Buffalo for a few months. We will keep our work going as we have for the past 20 + years.We also welcome Prof. Shinbuhm Lee (DGIST) visiting for a week.

We are happy to announce the success in obtaining a 2 year grant from the National Research Foundation of Korea to work with Prof. Shinbuhm Lee (DGIST), Prof. Bilge Yildiz (MIT) and Dr. Aiping Chen (Los Alamos) on protonic devices.
