Grant awarded EPSRC-NSF in collaboration with Oxford University and Buffalo University on X-ray detectors
Judith was pleased to have an online kick-off meeting on her new joint EPSRC-NSF grant on BiOI X-ray detectors. Robert Hoye (Oxford), Quanxi Jia and Wanyi Nie (Buffalo) were on a zoom call with her to discuss our first steps.

Spin out company NanoPrint first prototype
The spinout company from our group (current and past members, Thomas Sun and Robert Hoye), NanoPrint, is moving fast along with its first prototype machine nearly built. We are grateful to Maxwell for allowing us to start up there. We are also grateful for the networking opportunities with other start-ups in Maxwell.

NSF/EPSRC grant awarded for radiation detectors with our external collaborators
Nov. 2023. Judith is pleased to announce a new NSF/ EPSRC grant in collaboration with Prof. Quanxi Jia at SUNY, Buffalo, Dr. Wany NIe, Los Alamos Lab, and Dr. Robert Hoye, Univ. of Oxford.
